Williams Dabo Recognized By Rotary International For His Role in Developing Capacity of Nigerian Youth

On the 3rd of October 2020, the founder of the liveliest French language learning youth group in Nigeria, Parler FranÇais Par Force (Speak French by ‘Force’) Mr William Dabo was given the prestigious award of Youth Development by Rotary International Rotaract District 9125, Office of the Rotaract Representative.
The event which was held in Abuja amidst very strict covid-19 observations took place during the investiture of the new District Rotaract Representative, RTR Washima B. C. Iornder.
The statement that accompanied the award presentation to Mr William Dabo went as follows:
“It is our wish to present to you the award of Youth Development in recognition and encouragement for your impact on raising responsible youth for global and community engagement. It is our pleasure to identify with your achievements and immense contributions to the society as partners in service.”
On receiving the award, Mr Dabo promised never to relent in his effort to see that Nigerian youth are always given the platform to grow as responsible citizens who will in turn be relevant to themselves, their families and to the Nation as a whole.
Rotary International fosters and encourages the ideas of peace and service to humanity through the framework of leadership and vocational skill acquisitions while impacting the community positively. Rotary District 9125 Nigeria comprises clubs from the FCT and 23 states of the Federation.
Members of the group Parler FranÇais Par Force were also on ground to show their solidarity.
